An advocate of the high court of Uganda and all subordinate courts. He is the managing partner at the firm and brings with him a legal practice experience of over 20 years. Advocate Sebanja has effectively represented various individuals and companies throughout his numerous years of practice. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice from the Law Development Centre-Kampala and is a commissioner for Oaths in Uganda.

SENGOOBA MUHAMMAD

SENGOOBA MUHAMMAD

Partner

Sengooba Muhammad is a Partner having joined the firm in 2017 and he works with the litigation department. He is The head of Immigration and mining Department. He is also a member of the employment, property and conveyancing departments.

Muhammad also routinely handles legal due diligences, advises on corporate transactional structuring, negotiates local and cross border transactional and commercial operational agreements. He has an impressive knowledge of the local regulatory framework and is commended for his advice on an array of regulatory and licensing frameworks, and issues affecting local and foreign investors.

He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practice from the Law Development Centre and a Masters of Islamic Banking & Finance.

He is a member of the East Africa Law Society, the Uganda Law Society and Uganda Muslims Lawyers.

Outside the office, Muhammad has a strong passion for sports and his favorite one being Football. He supports Express FC and Arsenal.
